Shipping Info
Orders placed with www.colocolors.com are shipped directly from our print vendors. If there are any problems with your order, please contact us immediately. Since we trust our print vendors, we expect you to recieve a high quality print. www.colocolors.com ships within the contiguous United States for any order and to any military post anywhere for US Military personnel. Please contact us for special orders shipping outside the contiguous US and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Calculated shipping costs are for USPS Priority or First Class mail rates. For Express, Overnight or any other speed shipping, please contact us. We will work with our print pros to get your order to you within your time requirements.
Order Status and Tracking
Your order will be shipped within 2-4 business days from receipt of order. www.colocolors.com ships from our print vendors. Shipping times vary from 2-6 days depending on your shipping destination. A shipping notification will be provided when your order has shipped from our print vendor. www.colocolors.com is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by UPS, USPS or weather related issues. There are rare occasions when print vendors have delays in which case you will be notified via email as soon as we are notified. We do everything we can to provide you with quality images in a timely manner and want nothing more than happy customers. Please keep in mind that life happens and some things are out of our control. We appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied.
Returns
Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Please call or write to us with a detailed explanation of the problem with your order. We will notify our vendor and begin the refund or exchange process. Refunds are authorized with proof of purchase only. If our vendor requests a return before reprinting, or if you choose a refund only, return shipping is your responsibility. We will send you return instructions via email. Ship the damaged or unacceptable merchandise prepaid with insurance in the original package. No COD returns will be accepted. After the item has been returned, your credit card or PayPal account will be credited the full purchase price.
